Bottle Bunny is operated in Canada and handles personal information in line with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

What we collect

When you order or contact us, we may collect:

• Your name and email address
• Shipping address and phone number at checkout
• The name you want printed on the bottle
• Artwork you upload for custom wrap orders
• Messages you send through our contact form

How we use it

We use this information to print and ship your bottle, answer your questions, send order updates, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

We share only what is needed to run the business:

• Shopify — checkout, payment processing and order fulfilment
• Shipping carriers — delivery to your address
• Resend — sending emails from our contact and custom artwork forms
• Meta — if our advertising pixel is active, page visits may be used for ad measurement

Uploaded artwork

Custom wrap files are kept for as long as needed to complete your order and any remakes. We delete uploaded artwork within 90 days of delivery unless you ask us to keep it for a reorder.

Data outside Canada

Some service providers (including Shopify and our email host) may process data in the United States or other countries. When that happens, your information may be subject to the laws of those countries.

Your rights

You can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete information that is no longer needed for a legal or business purpose. Email shopbottlebunny@gmail.com.
