Returns and remakes

Every bottle is customized (some have names, custom wraps), which means we can't resell it. So we don't take returns or exchanges on personalized bottles once they are printed.

What we do instead:

• If we printed the wrong name, wrong wrap or wrong size, we remake it and pay the shipping both ways. Send a photo to shopbottlebunny@gmail.com within 14 days.
• If it arrives damaged, same thing. Photo, remake, no charge.
• If the print peels, cracks or fades within a year of normal use, we replace the bottle.
• If you spot a typo in your own order, email us within two hours and we will almost always catch it before it prints.
• Unprinted accessories and gift cards can be returned unused within 30 days.
